Speaking of Legends in their own minds...

...which means you had to be involved in that email stream, but I digress.

Since Bill had his big score yesterday and he's having fun today, too (see post below this one), and I'm trying to get packed and out of here for the cruise.  Did I mention I get to schmooze with Fred Thompson, Mitt Romney, Scott from Powerline, Victor Davis Hanson, blogfather Jonah (who I met last night - more later), Kathryn Lopez and other NRO giants?

Yeah, I thought I did. Anyway Bill - here ya go.

Talent - the ability to spot a woman in a bikini at three nautical miles cannot be taught in flight school.

Having that particular ability is merely an asset -- *talent* lies in having the ability to get her to remove the top and wave it at you...

Well, that explains why my house in NC suddenly became *in the flight path* for New River Air Stations during the summertime.
I blame the Thong Jockey.

Right. You get all excited and it's suddenly *my* fault.

Not so sure *excited* is the word I'd use, but apology accepted.

Not excited?

*I* was when you started waving...

Wasn't me......my sunbathing is sans clothing.  Gotta love privacy fencing and an all-over tan.
Or, at least, MH does.
heh

Privacy fencing is one of the clues...

No, privacy fencing is an enabler.....

Amateurs  ... now calculate the preferred measurements, and present the results at an international conference.

Cheerd

Will said international conference be comfortable with mils?

"...now calculate the preferred(?) measurements..."

Oh great, now we'll get to hear how 27" was *actually* 10'.
The spinmeisters of Teh One would be verifiably verdant.
*sigh*

Lessee --

1. Been here two days straight? Check.

2. Multiple snarky posts? Check.

3. Owns and uses weapons? Okay, the kukri counts -- Check.

4. Knows about the 27" zipper? Probably not the canonical version, but -- Check.

Okay, Doc Lady Sly is hereby admitted into the illustrious ranks of the SugarButtons Brigade.

Sly's the one with the overall tan, obviously...

Can I bring my .7mm, too?  Kukri's can be messy, and blood splatter leaves tan lines.....

Danged photo shopped strategically placed cammie!

A seven-tenths of a millimeter -- *what*? Wottinell are you gonna shoot with something that fires paramecium-sized rounds -- terrorist *flatworms*?

Sheesh. Report to the tanning booth. Hang on to the kukri -- the gnats can get ornery.

Danged photo shopped strategically placed cammie!

Sorry. They nixed the flesh-colored body stockings...

So that's all it takes to be a part of the SBB? Sheesh. I've been trying too hard.

Better they take the tops off and wave at you as opposed to the people that liked to shoot at MacGyver as they flew over the neighborhood just east (?) of the airfield in Alaska. The warning was in the back of the area orientation manual.

I'd take my top off and wave but, being of Irish descent, I'd blind the pilot and he'd crash.

"A seven-tenths of a millimeter..."

Danged rented digits!  That's what I get for going to Light-Fingered Louie's Discount Digi-mart.  He guaranteed me that the fact that they were all middle digits would have no effect on accuracy.

...the people that liked to shoot at MacGyver as they flew over the neighborhood just east (?) of the airfield in Alaska.

A couple of dillweeds in our tac training area in South Jersey took potshots at one of our Cobras many moons ago.

Big mistake.

The pilots were State troopers doing a weekend drill...

I once found a field hospital by accident. They should have relocated and everyone wondered why going to a pit stop took me three hours.

The OC just snortted and said only you could find twenty girls in the middle of an empty desert and not mention it to the rest of us.

Meh, finders keepers.

1. Yes, although it was Navy.
2. 27cm.

Cheers
