    <summary><![CDATA[Everybody knows that a Marine will feign extreme distress at being called a Soldier (even though he's secretly tickled pink to be thought of as one). Even Wikipedia notices the similarities:Culturally, Marines and Soldiers share most of the common US military slang and terminology(not to mention vehicles and equipment -- especially those M-1s you guys &quot;borrowed&quot; for Gulf I)but the Corps utilizes a large number of naval terms and traditions incompatible with the Army lifestyle.Buuuuuut we won't go into that whole sordid mess about hanging out with sailors.Marines and Soldiers share something else -- we'll bust our guts for one...]]></summary>
