This one's for Murray

This will be a long day with no access at all, even at lunch, and reely slow access at home right now.

If you've been with us for a while, you know why this is for Murray.  If you're new or kinda new - it's been awhile since we talked about Catapult Boy.

Tank Catapult!

All of the work with none of the *boom*.

BO-rinnnnnnng...

First time I saw this, I was thinking that it was a failed FCS rapid deployment concept.

ya ain't gonna get ME up in that contraption...

Hey, it looks like a great way of retrieving all my lost tools that the hull monster collects under the turret.

Whoever captioned that is a silly, silly person.

"Power of an M16, accuracy of a sniper rifle"... heck, sniper rifles already have that, and more power than a M16!

Well, that's either the first mechanized unit of the new EU Rapid Response Force or some of those treaties that Germany had to sign after WWII still have some strict limits on the use of armour?

Suuuure... 20+ years (not showing my age am I??) after spending multiple 12+ hour long sessions at the wash rack at Knox, NOW they invent something to help get under there where all the DI's seem to be able to yank out mud as if they were Doug freaking Henning after blasting it for hours on end with a high pressure hose before we were allowed to turn them back into the motor pool...

I wanna see the griddle they're flipping that thing onto...

Now if they could just get a gigantic rabbit suit to pull over the tank before heaving it towards King Aurthur and his knights.....  :)

Olaf.. one of the memories I have of Knox was passing an M-48 that had managed to sink all the way up to the top of the track guards in red clay mud.  That, and all the UX ordnance on the land navigation course.  That was summer of '74.

This thing looks absolutely DEADLY to any targets within about three meters or so...

Also, finally there's a use for all of those T-72s that everyone seems to have...

Leave it to the Germans to so thoroughly over-engineer a fly swatter.

Hey Bill, I'll throw, you catch.

Lets see how boring a 16lb bowling ball is at 110 m/h.
