            <description><![CDATA[Cass has expanded on the subject of MilBlogging, Guidelines, and Leadership/Followership which John tossed out for discussion here. As usual, the discussion has been pretty all-encompassing, and during it, I raised the point that &ldquo;judicious stupidity&rdquo; is one of the tools us underlings sometimes use to mitigate the effect of perfectly legal but incredibly stupid orders (and I&rsquo;m not speaking of orders which are merely tactically unsound). Judicious stupidity falls within the realm of accomplishing the *What* without complying with *How*. The art form lies in knowing *When* to use it.
