                <![CDATA[What would it take to <a href="http://cannoneerno4.wordpress.com/2008/05/02/seconded-to-the-afghan-constabulary/" rel="nofollow">second</a> guys like Capt. Gwira to the ABP?  Not to be visiting experts from out of town, but serving officers with command authority to dime out the corrupt.  Kicks up mentoring a notch.

Maybe we ought to start an exchange program.  ABP officers from the Balochistan border should feel right at home along the Yuma sector.]]>
