            <description>It&apos;s been confirmed: SSG Keith &quot;Matt&quot; Maupin&apos;s remains have been positively id&apos;d through DNA evidence. He&apos;s really gone. It&apos;s something I&apos;ve always &quot;known&quot;, but somehow, getting that confirmation tonight is just numbing. I keep finding myself saying &quot;He&apos;s really gone&quot;, and breaking out in tears again. His parents NEVER gave up believing that he would be found, alive, and brought home. They were partially right- he was found, and will be brought home.. but not alive.
