So, what izzit?

Hey, I even gave you an indicator of *scale*! This is a gimme!

One caveat - Nick, you can't play.

Barrel of something.

I agree with Kat, but those cap squares don't look right.

I agree with Kat, but those cap squares don't look very strong.

Hmm... silencer for a sten gun"

Looks like part of the pipe under my sink that I had to dismantle for the 5th time in a year the other night. Damn pipes. I have a feeling that's not it though.

Something in a Ma Duece

Villar Perosa M915, left barrel. Cheers

We'll just have to resort to bribery. Hey Nick, come to the Dark Side! We have chocolate ...

Some prototype chain gun barrel that was found to be too weak when fired?

I have nothing to offer in terms of an answer but if I come to the dark side, can *I* have chocolate???

Rikkochet, I see no capsquares there, and *I* should know! Which reminds me; Why are there no capsquares?

You're right, JTG, but those rings (?) round the thing look too weak to be part of a gun. And as for trunnions, knowing John they're out of the picture.

It looks old? Something from the USS John Rodgers? See: John and USS John Rodgers

[Rubs hands together gleefully] The chocolate is behind the bar, HFS.

Looked like the back end of an M2-2 it appears bit larger. If it's not from under the sink maybe it's the barrel from an M1 or M9 series FT.

John ~ where the Cheetos used to be??

its a 25 ft measuring tape, of which we see only about 12.75 inches.

Actually, Maj. Mike, it's more like 11.5 inches as the first inch or so is cut off on the left side of the picture. Better a smart arse than a dumb arse, right? At least that's my motto.
