Those Myrmidons of the US Military Conduct an Information Operation to distract attention away from their Imperialist Warmongering in SW Asia. Oops. Sorry. Channeling my inner Kossack. Rather...

We as a country, or more properly our military, do amazing things, especially in these humanitarian efforts. Not to minimize the anguish of the families and loved ones of those killed by this storm in Bangladesh, but I just loved the Kossack's immediate assignation of cause to Global Warming. If that's the cause, then at least it was a gentler impact than the Bhola Cyclone of 1970 ... that left nearly 500,000 dead. Sorry - just can't drink the Global Warming koolaid ;-)

The Bangladeshi government official with the black coat and tie doesn’t look very under nourished. It’s just a bit of good luck for that one guy. The rest of the Bangladeshi government officials are probably skeleton thin - just as their people.
