If the Supremes take it, and write a decision which correctly (IMHO) calls this out as being outside of the 1st amendment. (Because they have the right to say what they want, just not where they want.) If the Supreme Court rules, it will be the law of the country, not just the state of PA, where this suit was brought and won.
