An AGM-65 is too humane for them. How about a CBU-87 in their neighborhood. I know, the good guys aren't supposed to do that stuff, but damn...

Well, normally it'd be a Hellfire off either a Cobra, Apache or Predator but the Maverick would make a bigger, um, statement. That said, being an old Hog driver, while I looove the thought of the CBU (and the 87 especially), I just couldn't bring myself to suggest it given the inherent gotchas these things sometimes bring to the fight...like duds. Of course, they're aren't many friendlies in the area, but there are a number of non-combatants. So, the better angels of my nature held sway...but it's tempting, ain't it? Instapilot

It certainly is tempting and maybe if we did things like that (along Sherman's, LeMay's et al concept of total war), we would have less enemy to deal with...

It's things like this that worry me the most. As far as I can tell, the only thing stopping Israel from simply walking artillery across every square yard of Gaza and the West Bank is... Israel. I really don't think doing experimental research into what it would take to get them to do this is a good idea.
