And don&apos;t forget the guys who want you to know they were before fishing before they were against it, and are sure we never should have started fishing in the first place. That the Afghani people just aren&apos;t capable of learning how to fish, and that the lake is poisoned and that the whole fishing enterprise is a lost cause and we should just give up before the interim progress report on fishing comes in...
