            <description>Heh. Fort Riley donates 90 acres. I remember the squawking and whining and breast-beating when they tried to acquire some land (because there isn&apos;t enough there to properly conduct BDE-level training with heavy brigades) back in the 80&apos;s. Now they&apos;re giving it up. Not a complaint, just an observation.
