            <description>The Armorer&apos;s sister, who doesn&apos;t blog but is a reader of this space, has been keeping us apprised of the joys of a live-in remodel. Thank heavens we won&apos;t have to live-in when we start work on the New Castle Argghhh! (closing is next Friday). Her first missive is here. Did you know that zoysia grass is very sensitive to weight? For instance, if you put things like a backhoe, a bobcat, or chunks of concrete on it, or even drive the vehicles on it, it will die. Fifteen boys from the neighborhood playing football on it won’t hurt it...</description>
