You may or may not know about Bloomberg sending his law enforcers out into surrounding and beyond states, conducting illegal gun-buying activities (while trying to prove a point - just don't do this yourselves, boys and girls - cause *you'll* get arrested. He's also all pissy about a bit of law called the Tiahrt Amendment, which prohibits the disclosure of confidential firearm trace data except in the course of a bona fide criminal investigation.
