Mother's Day.

I miss you, Mom. A good life, well lived. I love you. And I forgive you for leaving. And thank you, in more ways than I can express, for more things than I remember, surely. I wish I had said to my mother, what Harvey said, today....

Umm, what Harvey said, about my Mom anyway. And yours too, of course, judging by what you've told us. I'll quote Acidman again,

"You always miss your Momma."

I was thinking about you and my friend Gina today. You both lost your Mom's since last Mother's Day.

Keith had a terrible time at Father's Day and Easter (his Dad died near Easter) for many years. As a matter of fact, one of the most heartfelt conversations I had with him when we were first getting to know each other, was about how hard those two days are because he misses his Dad so much.

Live's short; take advantage of it and make sure everyone around you knows exacty how you feel about them.

You've brought tears there, fella. It wasn't that long ago I took a long time from work to head back to Kalifornia. I was able to get my mom out of the "home" and back into hers for her last months. It was the best I was able to do in thanks. I now thank you so very much for reminding me of this day, inspite of your own sorrow.

Regards
