        Cool, my dad was a member of the Armed Guard and  was senior NCO on many of rhe ships he sailed on, Has many stories of firing the 20mm antiaircraft guns.

One of his ships was sunk in the Italian harbor at Bari where many saliors were burned by mustard gas that was stockpile but never used. He avoided the sinking by being on compassionite leave because his father had died.
