Proper motorized trikes have two wheels in the front, and one (driven) in the back, as Mr. Morgan established 100 years ago.
There's a good reason why tricyclic (one front, two back) ATVs were outlawed a few years back:
You turn one of those a little too tight, you do not slide, but turn over. May that happen to you only at a slow speed!
