Being an unfortunate who's living in CA, rather than Leavenworth, KS, I still think my guess of it being one of GM's Firebird concept cars was an inspired one.

        Barb:

That much I know -- the 'somebody else's place' granted me formal permission to use her webspace for photos. :) I just don't know how to fix it.

Actually, I just never post photos these days. I'm a text-only man. It was always more trouble than it was worth.

Yeah, "pretty kewl", until you try to go around a corner in it at any fun speed, and break yer neck.

Proper motorized trikes have two wheels in the front, and one (driven) in the back, as Mr. Morgan established 100 years ago.

There's a good reason why tricyclic (one front, two back) ATVs were outlawed a few years back:

You turn one of those a little too tight, you do not slide, but turn over. May that happen to you only at a slow speed!

A couple of years ago, we had one of those out at Molly's Irish Pub in Warrenton, VA, for some event or other. Damn amusing things. I wish I'd gotten out to the airport to watch him fly it off.
