Whee! Yippee! (Sound of Fireworks)

For reasons which will become clear later, I'm as happy as this guy is - gonna get to do something kewl that is every bit as much fun as blowing stuff up! More later, as details become releasable. Let's just say, Blogging Can Be Worth It, sometimes.

Speaking of making people happy (sexist pig alert for Sensitive Workplaces):

Neffi - this one's for you...

Bill - this one's for you...

Lex - this one's for you!

Heh. That alert should improve the click-throughs... Yes Cassie - Oinkery!

Oh - and what's so kewl? I can tell you this much - it involves an all-expense (well, except for the tequila) paid trip to Mexico for a week in July. Doing a very Armorer-like thing. But not quite what most of you will expect.

Update: Okay. Maggie - this one's for you! And if that wasn't enough - here's a two-fer! (Both photos shamelessly swiped from here.)

I see you got to the Gila Bend Gunnery Range and found the pic of the fuel truck driver who swiped my boonie bonnet. Okay, so technically she didn't *swipe* it, she just never gave it back to me in the morning...

Um, Chief, conjoining with the troops? How un-[koff]-officer-like!

Yes, but Bill... when do you plan on giving her back her dress?

Only W-K would think a fuel truck driver at Gila Bend Gunnery Range would be in a dress. She *is* of course, wearing non-standard underwear - a common practice revealed publicly by Colonel Karpinski in her book...

Conjoining with the troops? Moi? Just because she didn't return it in the morning doesn't necessitate my having been in the vicinity of *either* hat or fueler during the evening's festivities. That's my lie and I'm sticking to it...

Yeah - But Chief Pietenpol's daughter is not sporting any sharp objects.

Stuff for an Armorer....stuff for Lex......stuff for the Chief....stuff for Neffi.......... What about the other side of that coin. I'm not saying you guys shouldn't get presents, but let's be fair!!!!

Well John, looks like you got the go-ahead. Keep me posted on you excellent adventure.

I'm not saying you guys shouldn't get presents, but let's be fair!!!! Hmmmpf. *That* from someone who posts a dinky little non-enlargeable thumbnail of herself clad only in a couple of towels...

Only W-K would think a fuel truck driver at Gila Bend Gunnery Range would be in a dress. Well... DUH. Isn't that why they call them "dress blues"? Ya'll look so cute in 'em. Especially when you show off yer knees.

Chief - Guess you should have paid more attention when you got the chance......I believe someone here are the Castle got something better. John - You are cruel. http://peoships.crane.navy.mil/pms325G/images/boat2middle.jpg This is what I had in mind. It looks like two dangerous guys in a hurry to get to me. That's the way it should be.

But Maggie - if I hadn't been so snarkingly cruel, you wouldn't have had the chance to be so mordantly clever...

W-K - DUH. Isn't that why they call them "dress blues"? So, what's your take on "mess dress whites"...? Maggie - I believe someone here are the Castle got something better. Not a doubt in my mind. Ummmm -- not too many thoughts there, either, for the past few months. But at least I've ducked more ladder-climbing...

mess dress whites.... That's what pretty dress whites look like after a romp.

WK - And how muuuuuccccchhhhhh fun do we have messing them?!

Maggie.... Me thinks that you, of all people around here, know more about "messing" dress whites. *grin*

WK - Everyone's really, really good at something. I am just thoughtful enough to share this talent with my fellow man. I am a great humanitarian, huh? *big grin*
