Six months is a tremendously short period of time(especially after the ordeal she just came out of), but I'm being realistic about her PR value(both to terrorists and in the domestic political realm). But I did talk to my kids and said she seemed to be in the captive-aligns-with-captor (Stockholm Syndrome). I am glad that she was released and am glad that she realized that she might still be in danger and did what she had to do to keep herself safe. But it was not clear in the early reporting when she made those statements. I only heard that "upon her release" she said those things. And I thought she'd lost her mind. They didn't harm her?
