Roughly 2500 US troops still in the Balkans, and it appears that we are going to be here for a little while longer. Go give her a visit and let her know you appreciate her service over in Kosovo! That&apos;s an order! Update: Here&apos;s some interesting news. Hollywood is going warlike. Wonder how good they&apos;ll be? I like Bochco&apos;s style with cops - I wonder if I&apos;ll like his interpretation of soldiering. Judge...</summary>

<p>Update:  Here's some interesting news.  <b><a href="http://www.usatoday.com/life/movies/news/2005-02-07-military-projects_x.htm?csp=34">Hollywood is going warlike</a></b>.  Wonder how good they'll be?  I like Bochco's style with cops - I wonder if I'll like his interpretation of soldiering.</p>

<p>Judge rules against <b><a href="http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20050207/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/soldier_enlistment_lawsuit_1">soldier who sued over Stop-Loss</a></b>.  Good.  Always read the contract people.  All of it.  There isn't any small print in the enlistment contracts.  There's just a lot of it.  </p>

        <![CDATA[Troops in the Balkans. Ah, yes...seems like only yesterday that Secretary Cohen said he'd resign his position immediately if the US ever put ground troops in Bosnia. 

It just took him a while to figure out the wording in his letter. 'Bout a <i><b>year</b></i>, to be precise.
