Kewl. The thing that is hopeful about this is that we haven't let the procureniks drive the process. In some respects, we've let the developer have a lot more freedom to be creative. Like any software project, I'm sure it's more bugs than gas right out of the box, but hopefully the development spiral will be tighter, with better feedback. After the first three or four horrible days, I put a "Task Force Smith" banner above my teams' cubes. General Saint got a little upset at that banner.
