I'd like to think that this resonates not only with Texans, but anyone who admires a great feat of arms.

I'm a Texan born and raised. You guys might be interested to know that nowadays the schools teach that Mexico was a benevolent Democracy, that the Texians were a bunch of slave trading land grabbing racist gun nuts, and Mexico was simply trying to defend itself against aggression. My 13 year old had Texas history this year and I am amazed at how the story has changed.

When I talk about the 'Liberal Agenda' in our schools and folks ask me WTF I'm talking about I can only conclude that they don't have any kids.

What did the sentry on duty at the Alamo say when he saw the Mexican army arrive?

"Col. Travis, the landscapers are here!"
