Stryker Brigade Soldiers form a perimeter during a patrol in Samarra, Iraq. The Soldiers are assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division’s Company B, 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment (Stryker Brigade Combat Team). That photo brings up another point. Our new machine guns will have to get reworked to fire the new 6.8mm cartridge as well.
