It's Saturday, hardly anyone visits anyway... except for you hard core types!
Okay - Whatziss? There are a few of you who have a real chance at this one.

Now, on this one, I'm just being flat mean.

Anyone who gets this one is a real geek brainiac when it comes to their militaria.
It *is* an ordnance item.
1) Uhm spent ammo?
2) Er those explosives suicide homocide Mozzies use. You know pop them in the jacket wire em up and Bob's your Auntie with a busfull of Joos.
2. Similar to:
Screw, Retaining, Intermediate, Firing Pin, Withdrawl Lever Shaft.
Cheers
And you, John, were the one I picked with the best chance of getting the first ones.
If I didn't know what the second ones were, I'd have to *really* dig in the ammo books to figure them out.
Ooops. That's a hint.
In sense, so's the first comment.
1. Rifle grenade rounds?
2. Haven't a clue, but maybe an arty fuze of some sort.
John,
First one is a bullet. GENIUS... I know.
I'm screwed on the second one.
(well, it does look like a screw, ya know)
Top- Maybe a pin used in attaching the Traversing and Elevation (T&E) mechanism on the tripod to the gun?
Okay .....
The upper photo is of two primer tubes or cartridges, used to fire BL (Breech Loading) guns such as the 155mm GH. These guns use bag charges vice cartridge cases; the breech block has a primer chamber holding one of these, firing it ignites the ignitor of the first charge bag thus firing the gun. The 120mm gun on the Chieftain and Challenger uses the same system.
Cheers
And John gets it right. Primers for the 120mm Brit tank gun. These particular I believe were fired in a Chieftan.
The second set were just me being mean. Those are the tracer loads for 40mm Bofors rounds.
Hell, I didn't know until I was told, and then had to dig to find a manual to confirm it.
