What's up this morning...

Fox News beats all it's cable competitors---COMBINED! So much for it being the voice of the VRWC - because if it is that - then the Dems are truly the minority party. You don't score the combined viewership of all your competition by not meeting the needs, wants, and expectations of the audience. The *do* have a choice these days, eh?

Kevin at Wizbang is in good with the Cops. Cops wonder where the media is? Answer - everybody likes Fire Engines, guys!

Kate at The Shotgun points out an American Soldier who heard the call. I'm not sure her commenter agrees with the sentiment expressed, however. Me, I'm a "Man in the Arena" kinda fella.

The Commissar points out more crappy reporting by Rather & Co. And, there's a new Show Trial for your Entertainment! Go see if you've been indicted!

'Hawk in the Box! The Father of the Mudville Gazette is in Baghdad! The war just took a turn for the worse - for the Bad Guys!

The Indepundit reports out on last weekend's Victory Vigil.

Bigwig at Silfray Hraka points out that Swift Boats still ply the riverine world. And wonders why Kerry, with those searing memories, hasn't checked in on his inheritors?

Banagor, at Shining Full Plate and a Good Broadsword, examines some root causes:

Soon after September 11th, one of the underlying themes of the day became the incessant whining about how we are to blame, and what could possibly be the motive for killing so many innocent people.

She Who Will Be Obeyed poses a riddle.

Say Uncle on legislative terrorism... (my characterization, not his)

Jack, at Random Fate, sends me not one, but two pictures of military vehicles. I could make a comment about the Belgian military being in a museum because it's not useable... but that would be unfair to the soldiery. It's the Government that won't use them. Then sadly, there are signs he's being assimilated by the Borg Collective...

Over at Pardon My English - Aaron is not happy with Jimmy Carter. Nope, not happy at all!

Welp, that's enough for this morning. See all y'all later!

Indicted, heck - I've already been convicted!

Borg collective???? I thought you liked Tony Blair!!! I was admiring his speech yesterday, far better than speeches given by either presidential candidate this year at their respective conventions. Like I said, I don't like many of the Labour Party agenda items on social issues, but at least they are self-consistent (unlike either major party in the US!!).

:-P
