Ah, being married.

Ya know you're married to right person when a monosyllabic email exchange segues to Haiku.

Beth: Did it rain in Leavenworth?

John: Yep

Beth: a lot?

John: nope

Beth: good

John: Thought you might think so.

Beth: wet dog concern.

John:

ah, fear for wet dog
applaud your heartfelt fear - but
only dumb ones wet

Beth:

more fear for the floor
the dogs rarely wipe their paws
i just did the floor!

I should point out to those of you who might wonder ... I commute into Kansas City every day to work, and the weather can be significantly different there.

We had a huge thunderstorm in Kansas City, MO this morning, I wondered if it had been so in Leavenworth.
