Real PT boats have three shafts, each with a Packard attached. And something more than 24 knots on tap. I say humbug.

Well, John, I know the officers of HMs Canadian Forces are well compensated, but somehow I don't think you're up to the opening bid anyway...
As for water - I'm about a mile west of the Missouri river, and there's a boat ramp. Clear running to the Gulf.
