An obscure reference, which SWWBO's readers will understand, to a recently banned commenter at Beth's site - one who seemed to buy into the whole Ugly American thing. He is, I believe, an American, though his love for things Canadian would please the Flea, from whom I found this most interesting post at The Hudson Review, by Bruce Bawer.
