It's Wictory Wednesday!

Kerry - His Cobra is out seeking targets.
Edwards - Following in his Armed Huey.
Dean (WIADOA - extracted from his wreck, did not expected to survive transport)
Kucinich (Still a Section 8 Moonbat - and Leader of the UnDead)
Sharpton (REMF) Still in it because he likes the attention (but isn't getting any)
Clark
Moseley-Braun
Gephardt
Lieberman

Four down, five to go!

The POD is now buried (or is he...? Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!). Dean has the medics working feverishly on him, but he's not breathing on his own. But Kerry is on a roll, and Edwards in cranking all the oomph he can out of the blades to keep up, and mebbe upgrade to getting into Kerry's scout team. However, deep in a laboratory under an Arkansas bordello in Hot Springs, Dr. Billy is working to attach the electrodes to Clark, that he might perhaps rise to be the VP pick. (Actually, I'm not sure I believe that, but it sure sounds good on the conspiracy circuit).

The only taxes Kerry doesn't like are those that support the military and intelligence services. This is the same man who says the military is misused and too expensive, and deployed on the basis of bad intelligence, who voted against all the gear that made this military spectacular - and sent it out based on bad intelligence. But he can't escape that he voted to send us out, too.

Cynthia Tucker noted in her column (no longer on-line):

...And that may be just what he deserves. There are some issues that are simply too important to be put through the calculus of political odds-making, and a vote to send the nation to war is certainly one of them. As distasteful as it is to watch Republicans bash gay marriage to placate fundamentalist Christians, or to watch Democrats demagogue on Medicare to win over seniors, neither of those issues has the significance of a vote to go to war.

The consideration of invading a sovereign nation -- and putting young Americans in harm's way to do it -- ought to be the sort of issue in which a man or woman votes his or her conscience, regardless of the political ramifications. If John Kerry failed to do that, he doesn't deserve the presidency.

Liberal blogger John McCrory notes (and quotes more extensively from Tucker's piece):

No matter how Kerry tries to explain his vote on the authorization, I find it hard to really believe him. And considering the constant lying from the guy we're trying to send packing, being able to believe what your candidate says is pretty important.

It saddens me to see Kerry on the campaign trail these days, so transparently angry and bitter, so unable to hide his feeling that Howard Dean has unfairly stolen the position of anointed frontrunner that was rightfully his. But no candidate could have taken that position from Kerry if Kerry hadn't chosen to toss it away.

Of course, these opinions were expressed last November, aeons ago politically. Who really believes that Tucker or McCrory are going to vote for Bush? But they do point out avenues of attack on Kerry, and where the fight for the middle will take place. AND PROVIDE LIBERAL'S WORDS TO USE AGAINST KERRY.

Today is Wictory Wednesday. Every Wednesday, except when it's a Thursday, I ask my readers to volunteer and/or donate to the Bush 2004 campaign. Or, if you are a lefty lib type, to volunteer or donate to the fringe candidates on your side to drain votes from any Dem nominee. That way you can be true to your principles and still help our guy out! I'm still recommending the Kucinich campaign, since Dennis seems so completely clueless. Every dollar he spends helps your local economy and isn't available for Kerry, Edwards, or Dean. I don't think Clark is getting much, given that he's laying in the political ER with a heart monitor in fibrillation and the media isn't putting any conductive paste on the paddles. I expect a straightline shortly.

If you've already donated and volunteered for the Bush campaign (or for unelectable lefty candidates), then talk to your friends and enlist them in this battle for America's very soul.

If you're a blogger, you can join Wictory Wednesdays simply by putting up a post like this one every Wednesday (or Thursday), asking your readers to volunteer and/or donate to the Bush campaign. And do e-mail 'em at wictory@blogsforbush.com so that they can add you to the Wictory Wednesday blogroll, which will be part of the Wictory Wednesday post on all participating blogs:

If you're a lefty who likes guns and things military, you're still welcome here!

If you're a lefty troll, move on, please. Your website is here, and your catchy campaign song is here.
