Happy Thanksgiving!

What I'm thankful for:

Most of all: Beth and Andy.

The Lord of the Great and Good Mind who created the Heavens and the Earth - however long you think it took to happen...

And in no particular order of merit:

You guys, my readers. Especially number 15,000 who should drop by shortly.

The volunteer soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen and coast guardsmen of the United States Armed Forces and our allies in the Coalition of the Willing whereever they are on this day. Duty First-People Always.

The long list of veterans who preceeded them.

The First Responders who put their lives on the line daily.

The business owners who make the economy possible.

The government servants who try do their bit (except you nanny-state cretins).

That a bunch of slave-owning, peon-exploiting, capitalist disease spreading rat b*st*rd dead white european males took time off from their nefarious schemes to enslave the little people of the world (in order to work their evil nut mines) and instead produced this.

My Mom, my Dad, my Sister, and even all them Arkansas relatives.

That Mickey is still with us today - and that hasn't been a sure thing these last few months.

That I had the chance to share a life with Little Guy, even though he couldn't make this Thanksgiving.

That Shadow...

...picked out Houdini, this little member of the family canis rodentia to fill the void left by Little Guy's departure...

So that Whiskey...

...would have someone to lay out in the sun with.

And Mickey would have someone to lean on her while she deals with Old Age.
